The game version must be equal or higher to that of the save. The save version must be equal to or lower than the currently installed System Software. These include but are not limited to: The Save ID of the save must match that used by the game. This meant I had to drop the dispute and forfeit any possibility of getting a refund, whether SW allowed me to use their product or not. For re-signed saves to work, certain conditions may apply. May 1 (the following business day): I called PayPal and then my bank to give them the "okay" on the transaction.Apr 29: Email sent to [ Apr 30: Received response from [ stating that if the dispute was resolved in their favor or if I canceled the dispute, then they would restore my license key.Here's how it all ended up going down for me: I hope I'm wrong but at this point I imagine Save Wizard's support team will fail to get back to PayPal in the next 10 days and I'll get my money back due to no response on their part. But sadly I cant afford it, and my 60 is way too much for my dad to pay, I really do want to use it but I cant, all of my friends told me to get a 'cracked' version but after some research I found out that sw. Hey, so, Ive been trying to get save wizard for a long while now, it just seems so fun. I have a tough time wrapping my head around why the support team with Save Wizard would take zero action after finding issues raised. Anyone got a free activation key Quick Code. ![]() I see a reply in the SW Discord by a user "SaveWizard The Grey" which leads me to believe they work for Save Wizard. I called PayPal to see if I could reverse the dispute in hopes that doing so might "revalidate" my license key from SW but I hesitate to this as PayPal says "By marking this problem as resolved, you agree that no further problems can be raised for this transaction." The representative at PayPal adjusted the disputed claim to be labeled as "Not as described" (even though I think that's a stretch) and Data Power Development Limited (the seller of Save Wizard) has 10 days to respond to PayPal. Unfortunately, I haven't received any official replies from Save Wizard yet. I've attempted to reach out to Save Wizard (1) via email, (2) their Discord support server, (3) their FaceBook page, and (4) on here via their subreddit. ![]()
